About Me.
With over 17 years of dedicated service in counseling, I am committed to enhancing mental health and well-being in clients of all ages. My journey began when I was impacted by a compassionate school counselor during my younger years. Inspired by her positive influence, I embarked on this path to support others in their mental health journeys. Throughout my career, I have worked to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with clients on anxiety management, depression support, assist in navigating grief, ADHD or other behavioral challenges, & help foster healthy relationships & family systems.
I firmly believe that good mental health is essential for individuals of all ages & working with an experienced counselor increases the probability of a positive outcome. By promoting self-awareness, coping skills, and emotional intelligence, I can contribute to a healthier and more balanced way of life.
